In this role I was sub-contracting to Synergy to manage, develop and ensure Quality Assurance requirements and targets were being met for all documentation required for the Kentz / KJV / Gorgon Gas project.

In this role I sub-contracted to ComputerCorp as an ICT Support Engineer. In this position I was posted to Portman Mining / Cliffs NR and subsequently RISC Pty Ltd where I was responsible for the day-to-day support of the companies server and desktop environment (Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, Office 2003 / 2007 and Petroleum exploration applications and licensing servers); data, print and terminal severs (2003 Server based) and communications infrastructure. During my time at RISC Pty Ltd I was also responsible for the development and updating of site ICT documentation and policy / procedure development for the organisation for ICT operations.

Assured Technology was a start-up company positioned to service the Medical sector, specifically General Practices and Specialist Practices. As a partner in the business, I was responsible for all third tier technical support and staff management.

In this position I was employed as a Network Engineer with Accord Technologies. I was responsible for front line onsite client support, configuration and installation of networking technologies covering such areas as Windows 2000 / 2003 Server, Exchange 2000 /2003 Server, Small Business Server 2000, VPN and Terminal Services solutions (via Windows 2000 Server RRAS or SnapGear & Netgear DSL Firewall / Routers), SQL Server 2000 and Firewall configuration

In this position I was contracted to HandsOn Computer Training through Gryphon Consulting to update existing MCSE training manuals and PowerPoint presentations and to develop additional training manuals in new areas. I was also conducting training sessions in MCSE core units (specifically Exchange 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Server and Professional) to groups of five to fifteen adults.
