Support teachers in the classroom, help prep materials, and work one on one with students. It’s helped me stay sharp on organization and communication, and it's been a rewarding experience working closely with students.

Worked across several properties helping with leasing, tenant communications, and unit turnovers. I got to be hands on with renovation planning and learned a lot about how day to day property operations really run. It gave me great insight into what it takes to manage assets and maintain value on the ground level.

Helped run day to day operations at the bar and worked on events with Vail Resorts. I handled scheduling, budgeting, and made sure we hit our targets during peak season. It was a fast moving environment and gave me solid experience in managing people and logistics.

Ran the floor and helped manage other servers during busy shifts. I handled POS systems, opened/closed out checks, and made sure everything ran smoothly. It helped sharpen my leadership and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment.

Joined this real estate startup while studying abroad. I built out financial models and charts, helped put together pitch decks, and worked on forecasting to support investor outreach. It was a great look into the startup world and taught me a lot about how companies raise capital and present deals.

Supported financial advisors by helping with portfolio updates and prepping client reports. I also worked on some social media presentations and got to participate in meetings about investment strategies. It gave me a solid foundation in finance and client communication.

Helped with demolition, painting, and other renovation work on residential properties. I also tracked progress on site and made sure everything was in place. It’s where I first got real exposure to the investment side of real estate.

Helped oversee general upkeep of the building and worked with a small maintenance crew to get tasks done efficiently. Assisted retired Sisters with day to day needs and handled light repairs throughout the facility. I also managed setup and breakdown for large meetings and events, making sure everything was in place and ran smoothly.
