Supervise day to day operations, track equipment PM's, Budget, Coordinate contractors. Follow GMP's. 54% reduction in mechanical DT by creating and implementing a machine Champion program.

Maintain production equipment, P.M. head rig, stackers, sorters, chains, belts, blow piping, barker. Fabricate parts, using torch, milling machine, engine lathe, drill press, welding equipment.

Maintain production equipment, augers, shakers, presses, cooling towers, rotex screens, forklifts and rolling stock. Perform Preventative maintenance on all equipment. Install equipment, fabricate equipment.

Install equipment, conveyors, screens, drop shoots, assemble build bins, 
fabricate parts and weld assembles together. Read blueprints and drawings to insure proper install. Install air piping in the FedEx building in Portland, OR.

Supervise the day to day operations, ensuring efficiency and product 
quality on the mechanical assemble line.
