Accelerated Concrete Sawing is a new name in the concrete sawing industry, but it’s backed by a team that has been in construction in Melbourne for the last 25years. We are highly skilled in the demolition industry and currently hold an Unlimited Demolition License and with this are able to provided cut and removal services, demolition of suspend slabs, insitu slabs, tilt panels, and brick works, whilst still catering for common concrete coring and sawing works.

Cutting Force is a concrete, drilling, cutting and grinding service provider that specialises in high precision work at commercial and industrial facilities, oil, gas and mining projects and on complex infrastructure projects since 1977. Cutting Force has worked on some of the largest infrastructure and industrial projects in Australia. Including major tunnel projects such as Airport Link in Queensland, Legacy Way Queensland, Victorian Desalination Plant, Wonthaggi and Melbourne’s East Link Project / Pre Cast Yard Morwell.

For the last few month Casmar Constructions has been completing a large amount of works and I have progressed onto managing a number of these projects, Dealing with the clients and our demolition team to ensure the completion of works on time and under budget.

Casmar Constructions Specialize in small to medium sized demolition projects, focusing on labour intensive structural demolition, and specialized demolition. I am working as an estimator pricing all works and managing documentation of sites, whilst continuing to further my knowledge and experience in demolition by working on site when needed.

Trained under Peter Coffey as a Demolition Estimator. Priced works for partial and complete demolition, including labour intensive demolition using small machinery and large scale multistorey building demolition. To further my understanding of demolition works i also worked on Guilfoyles major job sites driving excavators, bob cats, steel cutting with oxy torches and carried out general demolition works. Sites I've worked on include: - The Age Building on Spencer St (Full building demolition and retention works) - The CSR Yarraville Sugar plant Boiler House Re purposing project (Demolition of plant and equipment) - Melbourne Uni 6 Story Building Demolition (Demolition of Six Story building and retention of the ground floor)

Ran a pressure washing business in conjunction with John Coffey Bricklaying. Managed one employee and completed brick cleaning of new residential and commercial buildings for a number of Builders around the Latrobe valley. Discontinued works once I started studying construction management due to my moving to Geelong.

Managed all insurance work for John Coffey Bricklaying after minor earthquake in the Latrobe Valley. This involved liaising with the clients, builders, and trades persons involved in rectification work of residential and commercial brick work.

Worked as a Laborer for Green Fields on a number of commercial sites in Traralgon working with various trades persons.

Worked as a chippies laborer building house frames and cleaning building sites.
