• Effectively facilitated planning sessions with American Express and various data providers to define technical requirements and create database designs • In partnership with Database Administrator reduced processing time from five days to two days and eliminated record duplication • Led the standardization for American Express International’s quality checks for all incoming data. Gathered and documented requirements and provided training to fifteen team members. • Doubled load amount to the production database while working with suppliers to eliminate data anomalies which increased the number of prospect records available to American Express each month • Utilized Acxiom’s tools to translate international data into standardized formats. Scheduled workflow of load and transformation for 50+ million records a month by using custom Customer Data Integration technology. • Provided training to new associates at all levels of the United Kingdom’s front-end processes.
