Synove Inc. is a global resource for Building Information Modeling, Design Information Management, and Design Process Delivery for the AEC Industry that integrates multi-disciplines within the fields of architecture, engineering, interiors, landscape, and infrastructure. I operated the financial cost model of Synove, a construction company that uses Building Information Modelling, to simulate and determine the optimal price of its services by conducting scenario analysis with financial implications. The financial model works for 3 markets: Philippines, UAE, and UK.

Part of a team that costed laboratory services of the University Health Service of University of the Philippines Diliman, in connection with the Primary Care Project of PhilHealth. The costing of services helped improve the pricing of said services, ensuring the agency’s viability.

As part of a requirement in Strategic Management course, led a team of 5 people that proposed strategies to increase the net income of UPPFI (the retirement fund of all UP employees) by 50% in the next 4 years (tantamount to an increase of almost Php 20 million).
