As part of the curriculum, I had completed a project work titled " The Employee Perception of Managerial Level Employees " at FACT for a period of 45 days.This project report was made on the basis of the selected variables which are very essential in relation with the perception of the employees. The study helped me to understand about the perception of employees towards the organisation on different areas like work life balance, desired salary etc.with the help of apt constraints.

I had done an organisational study for a period of 20 days in all the departments of this company especially in human resources. The study made me to know about the company and its operations in various areas. I had produced an organisational project report on the basis of my curriculum.
