We have recently launched my own show on The Hill’s YouTube channel, which has more than two million subscribers. The show has already drawn attention with segments on topics from immigration raids to Gaza, and with high-profile interviewees.

Guest appearances several times a week on this U.S. cable news network. Other appearances: MSNBC, CNN, Al Jazeera, BBC, Sky News, RTÉ and more.

“The Memo,” which I write three times a week, is a reported column, combining sharp analysis and fresh information. Primarily focused on the Trump presidency, it ranges over wider domestic and global issues too. It is one of the most successful regular features at The Hill.

I joined The Hill as a staff writer 14 years ago, soon being promoted into various other roles.

“Rising” incorporates debate, interviews and breaking news. It is a one-hour daily live show, available both digitally and on linear TV.

I first came to the U.S. as the sole American-based correspondent of this Irish newspaper. Also wrote for The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Guardian and more during this time.
