Over the period from 2004 to 2008, the business grew its profits from €1m to €40m, 50% from acquisitions and 50% from organic growth. Profits fell to c €15m in the period 2009-2011 and the business was restructured and sold in 2012 with Boundary retaining an interest which it subsequently sold.

The business was created by the merger of Irish Life's Irish Estates Management Limited and Vector Facilities Management Limited, both of which were leaders in their sectors in the country at the time. The business doubled in size from 2005 to 2010 before being sold to Aramark for €55m.

The Sawgrass Marriott was a hotel and property development investment; the hotel is the core hospitality partner of the PGATOUR's annual PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP and is located on the Sawgrass Golf Course in Ponte Vedra, Florida, also the headquarters of the PGATOUR. The Resort comprises a 500-bed hotel with a SPA, Beach Club, 11 Restaurants & Bars and a 65-acre condominium-development site overlooking the PLAYERS CHAMPIONSHIP Golf Course. The investment group purchased the Resort in 2006 for $228m, increased profits, over a 4 year period, from $6m to $14m and obtained planning permission for 500 condominiums, working with the PGATOUR. The Resort entered a Chapter 11 restructuring in 2010 and was sold to Goldman Sachs in 2012.
