- Advocate for research as a critical component of the design process and secure monthly budget to conduct usability testing and gather user feedback during the pre and post-development stages of a project - Lead the development and implementation of a design system library to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process, enabling the team to work more effectively and deliver high-quality products - Initiate, prepare, and lead bi-weekly design team sprints, ensuring that all team members are aligned and working towards project goals - Lead the Figma file management project to improve collaboration efficiency among team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation - Propose the implementation of a UX metrics and tracking tool to provide data-driven insights on user behavior and inform product decisions, resulting in a more user-centric and successful product - Design and iterate new web-based wholesale reseller management dashboard, collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing assistance in monitoring the development process - Collaborate closely with product managers, writers, and engineers on various products including mobile apps for retail resellers and sellers, and a web-based dashboard for retail reseller management - Conduct thorough pre- and post-development research for relevant projects, preparing detailed reports for enabling effective decision-making

- Collaborate with product owner to identify user and business needs and design an intuitive interface for an iOS mobile app and website - Build design system library to support future iterations of the product and maintain consistency across platforms
