*Export-Import Executive: - Research, develop, and manage export business plans, trade agreements and export strategies. - Ensure compliance of import and export laws and regulations. - Handle documentation, such as Bills of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements. - Arrange transportation of goods. - Negotiate freight rates and taxes. * Sales Administrator: - Process orders via email or phone - Check data accuracy in orders and invoices - Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries - Maintain and update sales and customer records - Develop monthly sales reports - Communicate important feedback from customers internally - Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations

- Plan and implement marketing strategies and campaigns via facebook, company website. - Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiki. - Process of receiving and proceeding orders from customers. - Handle documentation and arrange transportation of goods. - Handle complaints from customers.

- Assist and prepare business documents (sales contract, quotation), reports, and proposals. - Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects. - Translate documents. - Manage and write content for fan-page. - Assisting R&D manager in the development and improvement of existing products or processes.
