A banker with broad experience and extensive knowledge specialized in operation retail banking products. Currently, the main job is in lending area: - Monitor end to end unsecured and secured loan operation process team including application, documentation and disbursement for completed asset and under construction projects. - Manage team as a line manager. Arrange human resource, deliver learning, couching programs and development plan for staffs. - Assist and back up team head with reporting, planning and managerial activities. - Taking part in projects to improve the process, products, enhance system, control and mitigate operation and compliance risk. - Control operational procedures.

- Work as a supervisor in team payment and maitenance. Deliver training, task arrangement and monitor daily process of the whole team to ensure smooth process. - Monitor Visa and Mastercard settlement and reconciliation team. Conduct clearing funds from Visa and MasterCard. Also, prepare tax, accrual and provision booking for FIN and RBWM department. - Take part in relevant projects to support other departments both local and regional with launching new products, system enhancement, procedure revision. Play a strong part to join a hand to resolve for any relavant incidents.

- Handle all credit card payment and maintenance activities in Card operations including Daily Credit card instructions, Redemption, Campaigns, payment tasks via many channels and many ad hoc requests from other functions. - Take charge of settlements and reconciliation duties. Working closely with offshore team and Finance department to control all General Ledger accounts relating to Visa and MasterCard credit card systems to ensure smooth operation of cash flow, investigate any mismatches that may have to identify the systematic and human errors. Make month end reconciliation and sustainability for all GL accounts to meet requirements from both local and regional control. - Conduct information management and local financial reports. - Have strong knowledge about banking risks, specifically operational risk and finance crime risks. - Work as a strong staff to take part in bank-wide community and team activities.

- Manage the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for local RBWM , FIN and regional FIN - Participate in performance and analysis of cost pools for services and explain actual vs. plan variance for management purpose - Support line manager to investigate queries form other business functions - Respond to internal customer for all financial queries for their reports/responsibilities
