- Managing & controlling all supply activities to nationwide Pizza Hut stores. - Working closely with QA to maintain the quality standard of Yum! and develop new local sources. - Working closely with R&D, Marketing and Operation for New Product Development and LTOs. - Working closely with Project team for kitchen equipment and smallwares supply for new store opening. - Working closely with Supply Chain devision from Yum! for planing, forecast and market trend of imported food products. - Keeping update the purchase document for yearly audit from the Jardine Group.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications to ensure the shelf life of products. - Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of new products. - Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships. - Work closely with US partners to sourcing new products and get approval all products for new brand – Popeyes Chicken and Dominos Pizza. - Work closely with Operation team of 2 brands to develop new local suppliers to reduce the foods costs. - Work closely with Project team to make a forecast for Imported equipment orders. - Carry out appraise the new suppliers and current main supplier for their service and quality issue. - Making the Purchase Report to General Manager of brands.

Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the Purchasing department, implement procurement strategy and policies. - Order materials and services as per negotiated and appropriately approved. - Issue of approved purchase orders and ensure compliance with the company’s purchasing policies and practices. - Work closely with forwarder to clear customs for all kitchen equipments from oversea. - Work closely with warehouses, trucks and restaurants to carry out supply chain process smoothly. - Work closely with Ministry of Health to get the "Certificate of Quality" for all imported foods. - Work closely with Ministry of Commercial to get "Import License" for all imported goods. - Keep looking finding the cold warehouses & transportation services and forwarder services with best prices for Subway. - Identify cost saving opportunities for each of the functional areas supported by effective vendor selection and negotiation. - Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures. - Liaise with Finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment for supplier and for forecast cash flow. - Making the weekly report to General Manager about Purchasing activities.

- Responsible for all activities of purchasing department to meet company policy. - Ensure that all materials (food and non- food) are met in a timely and cost effective way. - Cooperate with internal departments and store system to carry our the purchases to ensure smooth activities. - Monitor construction material prices and work closely with suppliers on the prices and payment terms which are advantageous to the company. - Set up & improve the purchase process. - Carry out yearly appraise the performance review of staff.
