1. Import- Export activities: - Issue Purchasing Order and import plan for Merchandise/ Material/ Package/ Machine of 2 factories. - Manage shipping agent, check vessel schedule, Ocean freight, import/export cost of shipment - Handle and check all import/export document. Ensure their correction and legal - Manage forwarder for Custom clearance, trucking and related issue of import/export. - Settling import tax payment. - Handle consumption and tax refund. - Record and report monthly to BOD and related department. - Settling payment for forwarders, agent,.. - Input import/export data to ERP system. - Handling and solving all issue related to import/export procedure, Custom clearance and related complaints immediately and legally according to Vietnamese and International Trade Regulations. - Report and consult the best practices to solve hard problem to BOD to avoid any extra cost, delays and risks for company - Update new laws/ regulations of Custom, HS codes and tax rates to manager/ BOD and related department. 2. Logistics & Warehouse: - Collaborate with warehouse,QC and trucking to ensure export shipment loading an return port on time/ following schedule. - Coordinate with factory warehouse/ 3PL and trucking to arrange import shipment arriving on time/ following schedule in order to reduce DEM/DET charge. - Checking, audit and solve related issue rent warehouse. - Control truck party for OEM good delivery. - Settle payment for trucking party 3. Others: - Responsible for purchasing OEM product: contact to OEM company, issue Purchasing Order, checking inventory and follow up delivery schedule - Settle payment for OEM company (Goods payment, disposal cost...)
