Molex Vietnam Co., Ltd, 2008 - Present General Director (2015 Feb ~ Now) Global Management Team member (from 2017) Plant Manager – Vietnam Plant • Responsible for the overall operation of Molex Vietnam Company success and jointly with Commercial & Consumer Division leaders accountable for the operational excellence, leading around 1,000 headcounts with a remit to continuously drive business and profit growth. • Accountable for healthy Molex Vietnam finances and overall results including meeting vision of organic growth and profit, costs, capital investment. • Compliance with Vietnam regulations, taxation laws and risk management. • Act and make decisions within scope of responsibility and authority of Molex Global directives. • Accountable for enhancing the company culture, creating working and learning environment, building capabilities including recruit, train and retain right talents. Development of strong local management team and the key positions. • Accountable to set Vision with the link to Molex Global vision. Plan and implement actions for short and long-term sustainable growth. • Establish systems to meet the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, ISO27001. And, full compliance with the customer requests as EHS, Green Partner, Canon Green, CSA... • Setup the digitization system as SAP/MES link to global network. Participating global projects. • To strive for continuously improvements and actions with high efficiency of Kaizen, Lean, six-sigma. • Ensure the alignment with other functions of Molex in the level of Division and Global as Product Design, Marketing, Global sales, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to support local operations and global actions. Achievement: • Drive Molex Vietnam to achieve 6 years in-line in the list of Molex Global Best in Class in terms of finance, quality, customer focus, delivery, assets management, lean-six-sigma, EHS. • Year 2017, Molex Vietnam achieved award of the entity of the year - Global wide.

Lead the team to have responsible for Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and to drive the implementation of Total Productive Management program in brewery • To develop and manage MAXIMO System (CMMS) and control engineering spare parts and planned maintenance for all machines and equipment in brewery. • To be ISO 9001-2000 internal auditor in brewery. • To promote and drive the Total Productive Management (TPM) activities in brewery through launching Pillars and teams of Autonomous Management, Planned Maintenance, Focus improvement, Quality Management, Education & Training, Logistic, SHE, Initial Phase Control. • To define the training needs, organize and deliver the training to Pillars and teams’ members, execute the evaluate by implement audit to support Pillars & teams to achieve the targets of brewery and building a Brewery Training System. Achievement: • Setup successfully CMMS in APB Hanoi. • Coordinate and effective of building up capability of productive management of autonomous management, planned maintenance, and focus improvement in APB Hanoi.

• To manage and supervise assembly lines in terms of Quality, Quantity, Delivery, Cost, Environment and Human Resource. • To corporate with other departments to promote new products from mass trial phase to mass production. • To drive innovation and Kaizen programs in the company and within department.

Lead group to have responsible for designing and installing water/waste water treatment systems. • To corporate with European engineers in designing water/waste water treatment systems. • To supervise the installation water/waste water treatment system.

Responsible for Motorcycle Assembling Factory. • To control the operation of assembly factory from arrange materials, assembly, quality control and warehouse management. • To supervise 100 staff and workers.

Responsible for the operation of HAVC system. • To manage the operation and maintenance of the HAVC system for textile production workshops.
