PROCESS OPTIMIZATION • Lead mass production project and successfully ramped up throughput from 165 UPH to 265 UPH by redesigning line layout, optimizing manpower, and developing necessary tools, jigs, and fixtures. • Perform line balancing, focusing on bottleneck processes, improving cycle time, and overall line effeciency. • Reduce SFG defect rate from 50% to 10% by fine-tuning fixtures. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAM COLLABORATION • Coordinate with relevant teams (QC, QA, and Production) to solve production issues and implement corrective actions. • Collaboration with technicians to design and fabricate tools, jigs, and fixtures, improving worker operation and reducing assembly errors. • Support the preparation of the SOP documents for NPI projects. STATISTIC ANALYSIS • Ensure compliance with safety, 5S standards on the production line. • Develop and maintain WI, PFMEA, FAI, Cycle Time, and Takt Time analysis to ensure stable production flow. • Monitor daily production efficiency, take immediate action on any process deviation or line issue to prevent downtime.

EQUIPMENT & PROCESS MONITORING • Comply with the LOTO procedure, safety regulations, and 5S standards. • Operate and monitor automation equipment through SCADA and Minitab systems. • Monitor process parameters using SPC chart to ensure process stability and product quality. • Identify abnormal trends and escalate promptly to prevent production issues. PROCESS CONTROL & TROUBLESHOOTING • Perform OCAP according to the Work Instruction from the Engineer when equipment exceeds control limits. • Perform the root cause investigation and corrective actions to ensure the tool RTP ASAP. • Work closely with the Manufacturing Engineer to enhance tool reliability and minimize process variation. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment. • Rebuild and repair pneumatic valves, pumps, flow meters, check valves, and pressure regulators. • Support the tool qualification after the Targer Change activities. ACHIEVEMENT • Contribute to achieving the 18h Target Change goal with G2G performance. • Contribute ideas for Kaizen, Good Catch, and SWAT. • Participate in root cause analysis and perform corrective actions to prevent the issues using PDCA, 5W1H, Fishbone, 4M, and OPL method.
