Marketplaces: Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok + Supply Planning Control stock and make sure stock ability for Campaigns and Daily sales Coordinate with Ordering Team to ensure ordering product on time Control budget order for Ecom, aligned with company sales & budget Review running rate sales, work slowly with Ecom & Demand Planning teams to improve FC accuracy Responsible for Marketplace’s Stock KPI: OOS & Stock-day Manage and control Slow Moving Stock + Operations Coordinate with 3PL & Ecom team to ensure Seller’s KPI: SLA Orders, Cancel Orders Coordinate with 3PL, Customer Service Team and Ecom Team to meet Customer’s satisfaction Responsible for 3PL management, ensuring all warehousing and activities meet the agreed SLA and aligned with business plan Responsible for Cost: Operation, Packing Orders Key Contact for Operation’s issues In charge of Disposal Stock In charge of Stock-take (2 times/year) Drive process improvements to improve operational efficiencies Offline stores Manage and control stock to align with Company Stock-day by ordering stock for DC and allocating stock to stores by demand based on sales history, sales forecast and promotions to ensure stock availability Work closely with Merchandise & Demand Planning team about forecast, promotions, products, service level Sharply in touch with vendors, support stock and delivery issues Always keep collaborating with DC to support receiving products and solving delivery issue, make sure that schedule and quantity delivery appropriate with DC workload Accommodate information of new opening store/ad-hoc festival for SC team and DC such as ordering stock, schedule and allocation stock

Import shipments (Commercial and non-commercial shipments):  Work closely with export countries about products, documents, shipping schedule  Inform and coordinate with vendor to make customs clearance and make sure product arrive at warehouse on time.  Check logistics cost  Import Monthly report at month end Inventory control:  Control every transaction in-out of WH (import, export and transfer stock)  Check WH cost  Manage WH documents and WH report  In charge of updating classification of product by working with QA team in Thailand Internal sales:  Deliver products to sales (sample, accommodation, farmer meeting)  Make sure that sales get approval from commercial lead and sales manager before delivery  Ask for quotation of delivery (truck, express)  Make sure sales receive product as date they requested

 Sales Order Processing: Receive and check customer orders, issue order confirmation to customers based on internal capability, inform Material Management Officer and Supply Chain Manager about any-out-of-stock situation, make booking of transportation and issue delivery documents, follow up closely with 3PL till delivery is made to customers, control KPI of on-time delivery and distribution costs.  Customer Service: handle customer complaints (receive, acknowledge and coordinate with relevant departments to solve the problem), make monthly report of customer complaints.  Others: support sales department to send quotations to customers, handle stock transfer between warehouse locations, cooperate with Customer-Laboratory-Sales for product quality inspection, create PR and submit documents to Finance department for payment.
