This is a community-oriented organization. Here, I was responsible for the following tasks: - Organized and conducted five legal lectures and legal-themed interactive activities. - Developed eight mock trials, including drafting documents for Judges, Lawyers, and Prosecutors. - Wrote two legal consultation letters to address specific legal issues. - Edited and published 14 editions of the "Legal Spotlight" column.

Contract Review and Drafting: Reviewed and drafted a variety of contracts, including labor agreements, commercial arrangements, and over 20 civil contracts, ensuring legal precision and mutual protection for all parties. Translation and Drafting: Accurately translated and drafted legal documents and bilingual contracts (English – Vietnamese) with professionalism and attention to detail. Dispute Resolution: Conducted comprehensive legal research and prepared legal dossiers. Represented clients in resolving over 10 commercial, civil, and divorce disputes, achieving favorable outcomes, including successful mediation in one case. Legal Advisory and Compliance: Delivered legal advisory services and compliance reviews for businesses, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations in operational and strategic activities. Administrative and Labor Management: Oversaw administrative and HR operations for businesses, developing internal processes and resolving labor-related issues effectively. Licensing and Regulatory Compliance: Managed procedures for obtaining business licenses and investment permits, assisting clients in completing documentation efficiently while ensuring full compliance with current legal requirements.

Received and processed registration applications and requests related to industrial property. Handled and input official documents.
