- Participated in the successful implementation of an Auto Planning Solution for Panasonic Sales Vietnam (4 warehouses, 60–80 trips/day), reducing transportation costs by ~2% compared to manual planning. - Build a Dock Scheduling Solution for Saint Gobain (~5 warehouse, 80-100 trips/day), optimizing warehouse door operations, reducing manual workload, and improving overall warehouse utilization. - Analyzed operational data to identify business issues and improvement opportunities in transportation, warehousing, and order processing operations. - Evaluated the performance of manual dispatch versus automated dispatch (Auto Planning) by analyzing cost, time, and distance metrics, and presented data-driven results to demonstrate the effectiveness of the optimized solution to clients. - Supported clients in implementing network optimization models to minimize supply chain costs and determine optimal warehouse opening/closing decisions and customer allocation plans. - Developed a centralized distribution center solution for UNIS Group to serve 19 regional warehouses nationwide and support B2C order fulfillment across the country. -Developed an inventory distribution solution & Stock Replenishment based on AOP, S&OP, PO pending demand data, incorporating FEFO by customers, product quality, route-to-market, lead time, and transportation modes. - Developed inventory management solutions using ABC classification, Safety Stock, Reorder Point, Min–Max, EOQ, and POQ models to support inventory replenishment and purchasing decisions.

- Participate in researching, evaluating, and analyzing data for the AI Autoplanning project (VRP). - Research and analyze multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization problems. - Support the management and implementation of the AI AutoPlanning project for Panasonic.
