* Balance sheet management: manage interest rate policy, interest rate risk and work with business divisions to propose optimal asset-liability structure * Liquidity management: manage cash flow, build capital funding plan for liquidity stress scenarios. * Fund transfer pricing (FTP) management: build FTP policy and operate FTP system * Member of ALM & FTP project team: cooperate with prestigious consultants to create appropriate ALM & FTP methodology for bank and deploy chosen ALM & FTP system

* Core member of ALM & FTP project in charge of deploying ALM & FTP system (Kamakura system supplied by Fiserve company) * Control liquidity & interest rate risks * Build and manage Funds Transfer Pricing policy * Implement capital planning, manage balance sheet * Do research on customer behavior

1. Periodically analyse business performance of Retail and Treasury divisions and total bank 2. Build annual budget and control cost of Retail Banking, Treasury divisions

* Write investment reports and manage bond portfolio * Core member of technical transfer project between HSBC and BaoViet Group on risk management and assets & liabilities management * Build and operate company's risk management policy covering market risk, operation risk and securities short-sell risk
