• Building operating process for department under ISO standard • Planning: Building, reviewing and adjusting yearly, quarterly, monthly production plan, material plan; Calculating cost price monthly, quarterly, yearly; Control data of warehousing • Purchasing: Finding, evaluating and choosing suitable suppliers for raw materials, technical materials, equipment …; Negotiating about prices, contract terms …; Supply material to ensure continuous production; Control suitable inventory level; Control warehouse operation • Report to General Director

• Finding potential Suppliers and updating the supplier list • Purchasing raw materials for production: building monthly and weekly plan for raw materials, ordering and following up • Joining in price and contract negotiation • Report to Planning and Purchasing Manager

• Doing office work, arrange General Director’s schedule. • Doing report about production and sales for Board of Directors • Reviewing all document which signed by General Director. • Being the contact person between Board of Director and the other departments.

• Recruiting qualified international intern to work for AIESEC’s project in Vietnam • Building partnership with partner in International network of AIESEC

• Finding sponsors and learning partner for the projects • Building content for workshops, events of the project related to cultural and environmental issues. • Doing promotion for the projects • Running workshops, events, cultural festival and other activities of the projects.
