Currently, I’m working as a Talent Acquisition at TeenUp – an organization committed to helping children grow up to be confident, healthy, and happy individuals. We are looking for like-minded collaborators and companions who share our vision: to build a community where every child can develop in a safe, positive, and empowering environment. With the rapid development of technology, we see it as a powerful tool to connect with children more effectively and deliver impactful educational and well-being programs to support their holistic growth.

Working with Acacy, I’ve had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in identifying candidate portrait, recruitment planning, and talent acquisition in the electronics and home appliances sector. My main focus was recruiting PGs (Promoters) for Samsung and Groupe SEB, placed at major electronics retail chains across Vietnam. In addition, I supported mass recruitment for other key clients such as Abbott, Mondelez (Kinh Do), Unilever, ...

During my university years, I was actively involved in various volunteer organizations. I had a strong desire to contribute meaningful values to the community and society, and I truly enjoyed connecting with like-minded individuals who shared the same goal of creating positive social impact. Through these experiences, I developed a wide range of soft skills, including event planning, team collaboration, and community engagement – all of which have shaped my working style and mindset today.
