- Planning and making sales plans of fruits, working with accounting, logistics, import - export departments - Directly dealing with customers to sign and complete export and domestic order-contracts. - Directly responsible for receiving and processing orders, ensuring quantity and quality as required. - Managing, monitoring and recovering debts. Keeping track of all sales activities and resolved problems after sales. - Deploying requests of customer to farms, packing house, logistics department, etc. - Directly advice and report to Business Director on business strategy for each development stage of the Company.
