 Worked in team to design vision inspection and packaging machines for integrated circuits.  Conducted continuous evaluation and issues solving to always ensure machines are improved from time to time.  Developed and conducted tests on existing machines to obtain data for R&D.  Prepared technical drawings, BOMs, spare-part lists and SOPs.  Size for motors, cylinders, filters, linear slides, bearings, sensors and others.  Technical knowledgeable such as knowledge in steel, coating, DFMA, tolerance classes and hands-on e.g. assemble and dismantle machine.  Liaised with Purchasing to obtain quotations from vendors on latest drawings.
