Send selected samples to suitable mills for analysis and development. Follow up on sample development, quotation, and evaluation to select the most appropriate supplier. Negotiate to achieve the best possible price. Proceed with sample runs including lab dips, handlooms, and strike-offs according to customer requirements. Ensure on-time fabric development progress. Support bulk orders by monitoring production schedules, reviewing color, weight, width, handfeel, and bulk lots before submission to customers. Maintain strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
