- Few components will be handle by one PIC - Plan and undergo NPI & PCR Project time to time - 2 ways communication with Marketing, QC, R&D, productions and Suppliers - Cost down project - Price negotiation with supplier if supplier come to cost up - Attend supplier audit/ Visit - Sourcing for new suppliers - To collect sample and deal with QC for new coming parts - Attend Stock take in factory (Monthly rotate) - Do PowerPoint to present on projects, and present among departments - Create purchasing analysis follow by the component given - Need to study on standard cost, standard price etc. - PO issuance by using SAP - Deal with overseas vendors such as China, Thailand, Japan etc -Arrange BOM structure and do analyst on cost -Involve in cost down activities

- PO Issuance by using SAP - Follow up Delivery - Create Artwork - 2 ways communication with Warehouse, Marketing, Planners, Suppliers etc. - Take care of glove factory, monitor on the stock aging - Conduct biweekly spotcheck, do scrap sales - Follow up defects which causes by supplier side, get improvement from supplier and arrange delivery - Guide newbies who come into PM Purchasing department, teach overall process and flow - Provide training of job scope of PM purchasing to the team - Solve issue immediately once received from customer side - Attend supplier audit and internal audit - Handle SAP ARIBA - Organise Bi Weekly meeting among departments - Lend a helping hand when colleagues is on leave, MC Etc, must be a good team player role - Must time to time inform planner if the goods unable to arrive on time - Negotiate with supplier on the price if received cost up - Create RFP once received bulk order
