• Lead, develop and support CRM, workflow, chatbot, debt manager and NPL systems. • Build and lead RPA in-house development capabilities • Initiate CRM application revamp using ASP.Net Core and React JS • Lead and execute AWS cloud migration of on-prem applications • Manage software vendors for IT project implementation • Involve in front end development of Loan Origination System using React JS and Typescript

• Create APIs using C# ASP.NET Core MVC to integrate with e-Wallet payment gateway. • Maintain SQL database performance by perform index rebuild and partition data archiving. • Enhance and maintain data source using Python, C# and SQL to generate power BI report.

• Lead a team consist of 6 members to maintain and monitor near to 100 RPA projects with data insight gather from the SQL database. • Design and develop innovative solution to enhance the work flow/process of the RPA team which help to reduce the over time by 80% • Enhance SQL database performance by 90% and resolve deadlock issues by implementing table indexing and partitioning. • Liaise with RPA project stakeholder to gather requirements and create technical architecture design for several RPA projects with a total of more than 50 FTE savings

• Design, develop and implement RPA by using AA, C#, VBA, SQL which save near to 30 FTE for OTC billing process, more than 10 FTE for PTP invoice processing as well as improving the HR on boarding and off boarding process. • Create RPA heath monitoring web portal to ease day to day operation support and improve customer satisfactory. • Provide support and guidance to junior automation engineer while all of the seniors has left the team.

• Develop and present ideas to standardize and factor the RPA code logic which help to save 50% of RPA project development time. • Traveling to the client's office in Indonesia to compete with another vendor and secure a huge RPA project deal. • Develop RPA project and provide production support for FA OTC, PTP, RTR and HR users from China and Indonesia region

• Design, develop and deploy “Software token” feature which allow customer to approve/reject banking transactions. • Design, develop and deploy “Singapore PayNow” feature which is equivalent to “Malaysia DuitNow” for the customer’s online and mobile web banking platform. • Design, develop and deploy push notification feature for customer’s online and mobile web banking platform in order to replace/reduce the use of SMS. • Design, develop and deploy insurance procurement feature on customer’s online and mobile web banking platform in order to allow customer to purchase insurance. • Travelling to the client’s office in Singapore to support UAT and production deployment.

• Participate in coding, implementation, testing and support of custom banking solutions, which include features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end systems integration. • Adherence to application developments guidelines & standards.

• Develop, implement and execute the automation testing using Sahi application. • To work with the team to develop testing tools, utilities or applications to improve the efficiency in quality assurance.

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles as well as dealing with password issues. • Support for ERP system setup and maintenance. • Testing and evaluating new technology.
