•Conduct market research and Focus groups •Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns •Supervise in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas ( account managing, development and optimization, advertising, events planning, PR, ) •Supervise ATL ( Radio , TV and Billboards )and BTL ( Branding , PR, Events, Roadshows, promotions, POSM) •Communicate with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns •Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts •Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels •Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies •Creating branding identity ( Logos, Marketing Proposal , Names , Campaigns , internal and external branding) •Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned •Creating POSM designs •Working on applications on ( AI, Photoshop, InDesign ) •Creating strong advertising proposals ( Scripts – Shooting- Content – Calendar ) •Supervising on Digital proposals Campaign •Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas •Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according our client needs and objectives •Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors •Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Monitoring and prepare internal and partners events •Managing ATL /BTL/ Online activities
