Daughter-program of the 8400 network, the We@HealthTech launchpad program aims to promote women managers to top executive positions throughout the Israeli ecosystem by building peer networks and skills for successful executive careers.

In this role, I identified and managed a portfolio of diverse and highly impactful strategic scientific collaborations with academic partners to enhance Teva's future drug discovery and novel therapeutics development. This fascinating task included scouting for new collaboration opportunities according to Teva's strategic interests, managing collaborations- specifically scientific management, grant management, engagement in international and local consortia, as well as the mentorship of PhD students as part of Teva's National Forum for BioInnovators entrepreneurship program.

Senior member of the R&D department management . Project manager of novel stem cell therapeutics approach to treat ALS (amyelotrophic lateral sclerosis). Leader of in vivo and in vitro research projects including developing new cell-delivery methods in ALS model, clean-room procedures and SOP writing to promote and define the process of turning academic bench stem cell development to a clinical-grade product.

In-focus projects: • Personalized humanized cancer patient-derived xenograft (PDX) and innovative circulating tumor cells xenograft (CDX) models for prediction of immunotherapy, drug combinations and drug-candidate efficacy. Characterization including gene-expression immunohistochemistry and NGS sequencing • Peptidome of PDX tumors: detection of neoantigen peptide presentation on HLA molecules • Monoclonal antibody drug-candidates: characterization and assessment of effects on adenocarcinoma growth in vitro and reducing CTC formation in PDX models in vivo. • Rare cell isolation and enrichment: Hematopoietic stem cells and circulating tumor cells • >90% successful engraftment of bone marrow transplantations • Multi-color flow cytometry panels and live imaging for immune cells and tumor grafting and characterization
