-Supporting the campaign preparation process with suppliers, -Ensure broadcasting campaigns correctly and on time, -Follow-up of new trends in the market and competitor analysis, -Executing and also reporting all operational processes of the category team, -Arranging coordination between other departments for the campaign process, -Developing business relations with local brands and distributors of worldwide known brands in the retail sector, -Seller Management; negotiations on trade-terms, -Developing seller engagement with Marketplace team, -Partnering with marketing and technology teams for the best shopping experience.

Woman Entrepreneurs Programme - Monitor daily/monthly revenue and plan marketing and sales activities accordingly - Conduct marketing activities along with women entrepreneurs -Close follow up main category and competitors - Monitor women entrepreneurs monthly growth -Coordinate operatipn effort with team members and other departments -Expedite the resolution of entrepreneurs problems and complaints to maximize programme satisfaction -Establish, develop and maintain positive business and entrepreneurs’ relationships.

-Manage operational and systemical processes to ensure that new products ara available on the GAP, Marks&Spencer and Banana Republic's website. -Work in co-ordination with merchandising team to ensure that new campaings become active and up-to-date on the website. -Checking the categories on the websites regularly and making necessary revisions. -Controlling the performance and stock of products regularly to decide product placements on the websites. -Assisting marketplace management (Trendyol, Morhipo, Hepsiburada and 3rd parties). -Creating special collections on the website and updating these collections regularly. -Supporting the category team to certain weekly product reports -To create campaign and price analysis by regularly following the competing brands
