Training • Being key user of the candidate and client management programs in ManpowerGroup, • Giving trainings to all the employees in ManpowerGroup as a key user, • Supporting teammates for the recruitment processes; especially executive search, competency based interview techniques, • Also giving trainings about CV preparation, competency-based interview techniques. Others: Mass Recruitment Projects, MT Project, RPO Project (For 1,5 years), Onsite Project (For 2 months), Outplacement, Mapping.

(Mass Recruitment Project 1: More than 100 Sales Representatives and more than 20 Regional Managers were hired to the global medicine company. Mass Recruitment Project 2: More than 30 Sales Representatives and more than 5 Regional Managers were hired to the global medicine company. • Supporting our clients on the mass recruitment processes, • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates and briefing them about the responsibilities and requirements of jobs, • Organizing interviews between company and candidates and the following the process, • Conducting reference checks for the selected candidates, • Giving feedbacks to candidates about process and results.

• Assisting researchers in the search and selection processes, • Searching suitable candidates for the position in recruiting database or other career portals, • Registering resumes of candidates to the database, • Entering the candidates' assignments and their notes to database, • Updating the system, • Converting resumes in the right format.

• Making training presentations, • Conducting telephone interviews with candidates and briefing them about the responsibilities and requirements of jobs, • Organizing interviews, • Informing candidates about process and results, • Getting feedbacks from candidates.

• Assisting the managing director in the developing projects processes.
