Manage the Vendor Returns Calendar on the OneSource Intranet ensuring all stocking vendors are represented. · Prioritize returns with Purchasing & Inventory Demand Planning teams in advance of each quarter to ensure return programs are optimized while achieving the largest impact to financial reserve. · Create return purchase orders to match approved vendor return authorizations regarding items, quantities, costs, freight & restocking. Review & work items in Returns/Defective/Over shipment queue for each CDC to ensure resolution within expected time frame in accordance with current guidelines. · For unapproved return items, enter items to branch specific return bid purchase orders for tracking and quarterly write off process. Notify order writer, branch operations / sales leadership of nonconforming returns and their upcoming write off date. · Establish a follow up routine per the direction of the Supervisor Quality Assurance & Logistics on inquiries with vendors, and internal OneSource personnel. Escalate unresolved issues to Supervisor Quality Assurance & Logistics when unable to resolve within the expected time frame.
