Installation and Assembly: Assembling, wiring, and modifying control panels and other electrical components on ATS equipment. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues on machinery, often requiring on-site visits to customer locations. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and preventative checks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance. Customer Support: Providing technical support to customers, both remotely and in person, resolving issues, and answering questions. Documentation: Completing and submitting detailed service reports and expense reports. Travel: Traveling to domestic and international customer sites to service equipment. Safety: Adhering to all customer safety regulations and company policies. Product Knowledge: Staying up to date on the latest ATS products and equipment.

Read electrical and control schematics, assemble and wire panels to specification for PLC controls, operator consoles, variable speed drives, motor controls, and/or pneumatic controls. Read electrical and control schematics and assemble and wire machines to specifications for Servo motors, AC motors, sensors, solenoid valves, guard switches, HMIs, E-stop, and safety circuits. Inspect and test completed panels and machines. Work with the shop manager to schedule and prioritize tasks. Occasionally support installations at customer facilities Build and wire electrical control boxes and panels. Wire complete machines and systems. Properly utilize a variety of hand tools for assembly and wiring. Travel to customer locations for installation as required. Communicate potential problems to the Lead / Manager. Ensure assembly tasks are completed within budget and on time per schedule. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations. Understand and maintain both quality and quantity standards and expectations. Knowledge of proper and safe use of hand tools and small power tools
