David Neal

David Scott “Nemo” Neal II is a multidisciplinary industrial designer and creative leader with 15+ years of experience delivering design across automotive, advanced mobility, consumer products, and brand innovation. He currently serves as Chief of Design at Mozee Inc., where he leads cross-disciplinary teams developing next-generation mobility concepts, design systems, and product strategies. Previously, Nemo held leadership roles at Launch Forth / Local Motors, contributing to the development of Olli 2.0, one of the world’s first 3D-printed autonomous electric shuttles. His work bridges industrial design, transportation design, HMI/UX, and experiential brand storytelling, helping organizations move ideas from concept to production. In addition to his professional work, Nemo is a Principal Instructor at CARDESIGN.ACADEMY, where he mentors emerging designers and explores new creative workflows that combine traditional design craft with tools such as AI-assisted ideation, VR modeling (Gravity Sketch), and rapid prototyping. Known for his player-coach leadership style, Nemo focuses on building collaborative teams, experimenting with new technologies, and delivering designs that are both innovative and manufacturable.
