• To be responsible for HR Department duties in Mine site • To provide support and assistance to Manager of HR to review and implement the human resources policy of the Company; • Formulate newly or update or develop rules and procedures and documents applied within the Company; • To provide fair and logical conclusions to Manager of HR within one month to resolve any discipline violation; • To collaborate performance management coordinator

-To provide legal advice to companies and citizen in civil, labor and criminal law, -To delegate companies and citizen to court and arbitration.

- To study case evidence and report to the judge; - To execute tasks assigned by judges related to adjudication of cases; - To provide administrative assistance to judges;  To assist judges in preparing reference information on legal acts and other information necessary for the adjudication of cases; - To take part in preparation and organization of court hearings; 

-To give a reference of archive and other related functions.
