Develop and carry out mass publicity plans with punchy promotional messages to reach out to specific segments, in both conventional and online approaches; Plan the promotional contents incl. drafting social media posts, updating news and enriching the bulletin boards at Hong Kong Talent Engage (HKTE) online platform and conduct the regular updates; Manage HKTE’s social media platforms, WeChat & LinkedIn, to promote HKTE’s supporting services, build HKTE’s brand - new logo design, to draw public awareness; Plan, supervise and execute publicity, marketing and promotion programs, both physical and online collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders; Handle and draft replies for media enquiries; organise public relation events for HKTE including press conferences, media interviews and PR related events, etc.; also prepare speech, speaking notes and presentation for senior officers; Coordinate with different consultants and service providers in delivering approved strategies on publicity, marketing and engagement and carry out contract management in the execution process including tender processing and other procurement procedures; Analyse market intelligence, social media data and useful sources to plan effective outreaching strategies, conduct surveys & report findings to top management.

Secured and successfully launched 7 projects with various stakeholders incl. hospitals, universities, patient groups, NGO and MNC pharmaceutical companies; Managed 2 large-scale public engagement projects for a HKSAR department on theme of children-related issues; Successfully planned and executed 2 fundraising proposals for a district-based NGO collaborated with HKSAR departments & private sectors; Demonstrated effective planning and project management of health-related promotion projects, leveraging my extensive background in marketing.

I have been working in various marketing fields for 20+ years. I supervised 20+ sales & marketing events/programs annually incl. ceremony, joint-function, roadshow, international expo & sales booth etc.. with different departments / organizations. For the collaborated functions, I have worked with a wide range of stakeholders including government departments, commercial corporate, NGO, professional individuals/ groups. Together with my experience gained at product marketing such as ready-to-drink in FMCG field, footwear and also prepaid SIM from my previous jobs, I launched certain number of successful programs and achieved double-digit revenue growth during my latest position. I launched the first ever social media platform (FB/IG) for the star product in my latest position and issued innovative posts to revitalize its branding which draw high awareness from the public. I have been building up my understanding and experience how to make use of digital marketing to enrich the brand/corporate image and associated services/products. I achieved numbers of "First-ever" for the said star product as well. I also handled Marcomm & PR duties e.g. issuing press release, internal newsletter, line-to-take & Q&A. Gained experience from working in a government department, I understand the importance of compliance and procedures. Adding this experience to my creativity and strong self motivation, soft & hard skills both are in my pockets now.
