 International Correspondence – Communication with the Suppliers  Sales Order Processing - Entering orders into Purchase system & Order plan (excel) when the order is confirmed by the Commercial Manager. - Coordinates with Shipping Company -tracking shipments and obtains the Arrival Notice - Follow up with the supplier for the original documents in accordance with the ETD/ETA  360 Degree Shipment Follow Up - Setting Original documents & giving to the clearing agent. - Follow up with the clearing agent for the release & delivery orders. - Proper communication with warehouse regarding new arrivals. - Coordinates with Clearing company and obtains amount for Custom Duty which is forwarded to Accounts for Cheque - Follow up on Baladiya Approvals. - Sent weekly reports for health approvals, payment list and Stores memo to the respected divisions. - Coordination with Stores for the weekly arrivals to support the preparation of space at our stores.  Bank Follow Ups - Prepares & process the Supplier payments (Telex transfer, Cash Against documents, Letter of credit) - TT/Bank advice is sent to owners for signature with Payment Memo duly signed by all concerned, original documents released according to payment terms. - Coordinate with finance department for the payment funds.  Marketing – Tracking Expenses vs Budget, Promotions Planning & Raising Debit Notes  Financial Settlements – Follow Up on Settlements pertaining to Suppliers as well as Shipments
