- Effective management of men and material for all AMC sites. ( overseeing a team of 60 technicians, Supervisors & Service Engineers) and ensure that the PPM service is done on timely basis. - Attend Technical discussions and meetings with Clients. - Schedule the job in all aspects including financial & technical requirements of the client, preparation of detailed materials & Equipment list. - Trouble shooting and addressing the Technical difficulties in a Microprocessor oriented system related to HVAC&R, Load/Unload issue in DXS model York screw compressors. - Fine tuning, Commissioning, Servicing, Balancing of HVAC system including Large Central plants, Medium Screw Chillers, Scroll Chillers & Centrifugal Chillers etc. Packaged units, Spilt units, Cassette units, Roof top units, Exhaust & Ventilation system, Low side works, etc - Performance Test , Commissioning & Fine Tuning for Central plants-Large, Medium Screw Chillers, Scroll Chillers & Centrifugal Chillers etc. With Starter Panel Like VSD, Soft-Starter, and Mechanical starters. - Preparing the documentation for site transition & handing over to related jobs. - York – DXS ,MTS, YRS & YCCH screw compressor overhauling. - Erection , Commissioning of Screw chillers packages, Reciprocating chillers packages, Air Handling units , Fresh air units, Exhaust units, Treated Fresh air units, Primary & Secondary pumping system, Cooling Towers, Low Temperature Chilling units, Rectangular Ducting, Spiral Ducting, MS piping, Precision Air conditioner, etc. - Documentation:- Site correspondence, Client communications, Minutes of meetings, Site Progress Report , Materials inspection Memo’s, Field failure reports, Detailed drawing lists, Bill of Quantities ,etc. - Commissioning & Pre commissioning activities like Air balancing, Water balancing, Pressure balancing , Performance test Validation ,etc. - Handing over documentations, as built drawings, Operation & Maintenance manuals, Guarantee Documents, Test certificates.
