The “PPP “ Project consisted of the Rehabilitation of the MV and LV Electric Network in Beirut municipality and Bekaa Valley areas- Lebanon for the purpose of increasing the Capacity of the Network. My key role is the management of the Engineering staff:  Plan the Project and develop a schedule that effectively allocated the resources to the activities  Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project  Ensure that all project personnel receive appropriate orientation to the organization and the project  Implement the project o Execute the project according to the project plan o Develop forms and records to document project activities o Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards including the necessary civil infrastructure  Write reports on the project for Management and for Lenders  Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditure.

Scope of works : at project Princess Noura University Riyadh, the biggest university in the middle East ; - Preparation of value engineering exercises to optimize system performance and generate cost savings; - check the execution shop drawings high current and low current based on manufacturer requirements, coordination with the subcontractors; - Check the submitted electrical materials based on project specifications; - Responsible for following up the progress of works in conjunction with project planning; - Quantity Surveying ; - Coordination between the Electrical and mechanical trades, and between the MEP and the architectural department; Scope of works : at project Haramain high speed Rail,Jeddah & KAEC - Design for the additional works of the project which includes : a- Car park; b- Fire station c- Mosque; d- Helipad; based on international standards and high quality requirements;

Scope of works : at project Quoraytems Gardens Beirut Lebanon - Preparation of submittal of materials; - Preparation of the execution shop drawings based on manufacturer requirements; - Follow up the site in conjunction with the project planning; - Quality control for the site works; - Coordination with the suppliers of specialized services; Scope of works : at project 8 TH gate Building - SYRIA At project Hosn Beirut Lebanon - Analyze to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates; - Detail all works and materials necessary for the project; - Identify packages of work to be carried out by subcontractors. - Prepare and send requests for quotation to vendors and subcontractors. - Define the required workforce and equipment; - Identify, analyze and develop responses to any potential risks . - Carry out some quantity surveying duties; - Be involved in procuring materials and services

Scope of works : at project Hotel Sheraton : Basra; - Preparation of concept design - Preparation of development design; - Preparation of specifications based on Sheraton requirements and BS standards; - Submit tender package
