• Involved in E2E design creation of Apple eSim Activation Architecture for leading USA MVNO • Headed architecture, design and implementation of MNO transformation from T-Mobile to ATT network, impacted all order types and activation flows which all been redesigned to call ATT CSI APIs and Ericsson TSPS API. This involved deep understanding of existing T-Mobile wholesale APIs and new ATT CSI APIs and new Ericsson TSPS APIs to come up with new design architecture

• Lead successful implementation of digital Quote-To-Cash project featuring new digital billing API framework built on top of legacy amdocs ensemble product • Lead over 150+ projects involving Telecom Uncarrier products, Digital Transformation projects, Major Middleware Platform Upgrades, COTS/Product Integration, Platform/System Migration, Promotions/Offers and Device Launches • Involved in FitGap analysis on Vendor selection and Vendor Management • Program Managed Oracle 11g IDM Upgrade of OAM, OES, OID & OIM and Identity migration of MetroPCS • Involved in onboarding several new vendor & applications to Oracle IDM & interfacing to Middleware / Billing system • Involved Integration of Middleware application with Amdocs billing, workday, fieldglass, SAP, PIER, Remedy and various Engineering/Provisioning applications

• Involved during the successful transition of 6 Network Service Inventory OSS Applications • As a ASG Manager was managed services the Network Inventory Management application which is highly business critical as it interfaces with 60+ applications by providing inventory related data for L2C (Lead to Cash) and T2R (Trouble to Resolve) journey • Enabled ODC to get TL9000 certification by developing tool to capture monthly TL9000 related data and computing metrics values for TL9000 monthly data submission to Quest Forum. I was awarded STAR of the Month award for the effort put-forth on TL9000 • Involved in the implementation of Dashboard tool, Daily Dashboard Emailer (GoodMorning BTODC) , Digital Runbook, etc., • Have worked in Proposal Preparation for a leading European Telecom Company • Have conducted many Campus Interviews in finding 100+ best young talents

Involved in the High Level & Low Level design for integration/interface between PeopleSoft CRM - Kenan FX Billing and PeopleSoft CRM - Comptel SAS Provisioning System. Played major role in defining design for various modules of Kenan FX Billing System

* Leading Malaysia telecom operator middleware runs on my design and implementation for past 20 years * Involved in the design and development of Kenan FX Java API Interface for various applications – Mobile, ISP & Batch Programs. Involved in design and development of web-based eSelfCare system for ISP products. This system does new customer registration, account creation, service provisioning, change package, service suspend / disconnect / resume, payment acceptance & Inventory Assignment and Replacement. This system interacts with Kenan FX billing system & MAPS provisioning system.

• Involved in OSS related operational support • Involved in the maintenance and support of Web-based telecom projects using IBM MQ Series 5.0, JAVA, J2EE, WebLogic 8.1, Vantive, BSCS, Kenan. Web-Based project used CSF Framework. • Involved in IDEAL project, which is a web-based using JAVA technology and back-end is Oracle. The objective of this project is to create new customer, provision service and modify/terminate service. The project interacts with Vantive CRM, Comptel SAS and BSCS. • Done project on daily scanning in Vantive CRM and BSCS Billing related issues/errors using UNIX Shell scripting. If any error found, email generated and sent to support team. • Involved in the clean-Up of data related to Vantive CRM and BSCS Billing System. • Load Testing been done using the WinRunner Tool
