Soy instructora de fitness y entrenadora personal, con más de 20 años de experiencia. Me he formado como docente y la ambición por aprender y crecer profesionalmente son mi motor diario. Mi experiencia laboral me ha convertido en una profesional orientada al servicio, a ayudar a las personas y es no solo mi vocación sino también aquello que me hace sentir realizada. En los últimos años he podido trabajar como instructora y también como creativa para programas de actividad física que se imparten tanto presencialmente como online. Creo definitivamente en el trabajo en equipo, en el diálogo y en sumar talentos. Sigo formándome y aprendiendo siempre, para alcanzar mis metas y aportar mi valor a la sociedad. I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer, with more than 20 years of experience. I have trained as a teacher and the ambition to learn and grow professionally are my daily driving force. My work experience has made me a service-oriented professional, helping people and it is not only my vocation but also what makes me feel fulfilled. In recent years I have been able to work as an instructor and also as a creative for fitness programs that are taught both in person and online. I definitely believe in teamwork, in dialogue and in adding talents. I continue to train and always learn, to achieve my goals and contribute my value to society.
