Leading a cohort of 35 students in strategic sustainability case projects in collaboration with partner companies as Grant Thornton and BDO. Responsible for recruitment and marketing for the academy, budget planning, and process management. Facilitating workshops, coordinating project teams, and delivering final case reports to participating companies. Initiated and secured sponsorship collaborations for marketing efforts and kickoff events, a new and successful initiative for the program.

Selected for the Sustainergies Academy, a professional development program for student consultants focused on sustainability. The program combines training in sustainable business strategy, consulting methods, and problem-solving with practical experience at partner companies. The program includes consulting projects with partner organizations such as Grant Thornton and PwC.

PUSH is a Swedish Civil Society Organization bringing together Swedish youth with an interest in national and international climate policy and climate politics. Responsible for Organizational Development and Strategic Governance, initiated and leads an internal competence development project. Appointed contact person for the Swedish Energy Agency. Spokesperson for Energy and Sustainable Finance. Deputy spokesperson for Green Economy and Biodiversity.

Selected as one of 16 participants nationwide for EY Consulting Talent Training 2026. The program focuses on structured problem-solving, case work, storytelling and agile collaboration, providing insight into strategy and transformation projects within consulting.

Student Empowerment Network is an exclusive network for talented women and non-binary studying in the fields Information Technology, Management Consulting, Business and Service Design. Over the period of half a year, through workshops, presentations and challenges, CGI provides a set of tools, hands on experience and practical insights for the students to use during their remaining time at the university as well as a kick start to their career.

Worked part-time alongside studies in sales and customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsible for assisting customers, managing transactions, and ensuring store routines were followed. The role strengthened skills in structured work, problem-solving under pressure, and clear communication with both customers and colleagues.

Selected to participate in McKinsey’s Forward Program, a global initiative designed to develop problem solving, communication, and leadership. The program focuses on building critical skills for the future of work through interactive learning.

Worked part-time alongside studies in sales and customer service within the fashion industry. In addition to sales, budget and KPI tracking related to customer flow and supported analysis for performance improvements. Assumed managerial responsibilities in the absence of the store manager, including decision-making, task coordination, and ensuring goals were met. The role enhanced my skills in goal-oriented work, small-scale leadership, and translating analysis into actionable results.

Project Manager – Head of Staff, 4-Verkeriet (student association), Linköping University Managed several large-scale event projects throughout the year, each hosting up to 1,200 participants per day. Oversaw the full project cycle related to staffing and logistics – including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, execution, and follow-up. Coordinated a team of around 70 volunteers, ensuring clear communication, effective task distribution, and smooth operations in high-pressure environments. Developed solid experience in project management, team leadership, and structured problem-solving.

Planned and delivered multiple career- and education-oriented projects for law students, overseeing the full project cycle from planning and stakeholder coordination to execution and evaluation. Organized the Legal English course with three external lecturers, providing insights into European and U.S. legal systems, with certificates awarded to participants. Initiated and managed collaboration with Länsförsäkringar Linköping, including a lunch lecture and a full-day case study workshop with their legal team. Represented the association at national and international meetings, such as visits to Lund University and Aarhus University (Denmark). The role strengthened skills in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
