Considerable business acumen with successful outcomes in highly complex M&A, reorganization and business models redesign negotiations. Having large experience in Law, Corporate Affairs, Sustainability, Ethics & Compliance, liaising with ministries, governmental branches, and regulatory agencies, I have held management positions in large multinational companies such as Unilever, Pirelli, Diageo and Heineken. Proven experience in negotiations with multilateral organizations, such as MERCOSUR and WHO. Extensive experience as leader of crisis committee, having orchestrated legal strategies and communication plans to handle critical issues and corporate reputation management. I am currently the Chair of the National Board of the Brazilian Advertisers Association, member of the Superior Council of CONAR (National Board for Advertising Self-Regulation) and member of WCD.
