I am responsible for providing system administrator support for three customer client sites. I am responsible for reimaging systems, upgrading operating systems, creating new accounts, configuring computer systems, installing and updating anti-virus software. I also use a ticketing system called Connectwise to answer all tier 1 and tier 2 requests and pass up the chain if needed.

Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems. Maintains the integrity and security of servers and systems. Sets up administrator and service accounts. Maintains system documentation. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products.

Maintained smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network administration. Set up administrator and service accounts.

Provided technical, operations, and training support to users of companies and personal computers either by telephone or on-site relative to desktop hardware and software packages. Assisted in planning and designing personal computer support systems.Acted as liaison for data transfer

I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Systems Engineering. After completing this degree I plan to obtain a certification in cyber security.

I worked in the Admissions office as a work study employee. I also ran for an Student Government position. I sung in the university gospel choir. I also participated in a Greek letter organization auxiliary.
