Implemented JDA Demand and Fulfillment to replace ASR/AWR as forecasting and replenishment software for $2.7 billion in retail sales. Assembled team of Demand Planners to increase forecast accuracy for all replenishment items. Trained existing ASR/AWR users on JDA Fulfillment.

Recruited and placed in charge of increasing turns and reducing inventory. Original role expanded from allocation and replenishment to include space planning and merchandising planning. Managed team of 25 including managers, allocators, and planners, as well as 8 merchandise planners.

Responsible for team of 11 Merchandise Analysts in the replenishment of 17,000 sku’s across 860 stores resulting in more than 14 million sku-locations that account for over 900 million in annual sales. Developed an Ad-forecasting system that utilized advertising history to determine by-store quantities for approximately 12,000 sku’s across forty ads per year. Installed E3 Slim (ASR) and Network Optimization (OPT) to maintain in-stock levels in excess of 97% across 38 million standard basic assortment sku-locations. Acted as replenishment liaison with Information Systems Department in order to identify, solve, and test system bugs and their solutions. Implemented Space Planning dependent Replenishment metrics to allow replenishment systems and teams to know fixture fills and minimum presentation levels across few or several plan-o-grammed locations by sku across 900 stores.
