•Design lead for concept and production routing of fluid lines (oil & air) for Caterpillar's medium and heavy duty on-highway truck engine. •Responsible for coordinating on-highway truck customers (PACCAR Inc & International truck) cross functional teams to finalize requirements and drive commonality across designs •Successfully designed and delivered robust oil lines design to production to be packaged on various truck chassis platforms meeting cost targets. • Led continuous improvement projects for delivering cost savings of $200K on production parts and assemblies.

• Led and executed New Product Introduction (NPI) program to develop heat ex-changers for on-highway truck engines from concept to production launch. • Coordinated with structural and CFD analysis teams to optimize the design for packaging space claim vs back pressure trade-offs. • Develop product cost estimates as requested by Engineering, Manufacturing and Marketing Departments • Developed and released drawings per Caterpillar standards and specifications. • Collaborated with Supplier engineering team to ensure continuous improvement in Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development & Management (QCLDM) with key suppliers

• Responsible for the DirectTV product sourcing and negotiating with suppliers • Meetings with potential suppliers and attending national tradeshows • Played critical role in preparing quarterly forecast and product budget

• Worked in tandem with the management personnel, operators to document standard work procedures and identified the functional and process requirements • Identified bottlenecks to production in the blending, raw material handling and packaging processes, and developed methods to reduce and prevent these impediments to efficiency • Implemented procedure to reduce production loss due to breakdown and studied the cascading effect of breakdown in the downstream production processes
