Established Data Centre operation team, desk-side support and IT help-desk from outsourcing vendor and achieved reduction of operating cost. 2. Completed corporate emails migration to MS O365 cloud. 3. Established Business Management Office to manage IT Infrastructure budget. 4. Achieved reduction of IT Infrastructure annual running cost by contract negotiation, storage optimization, physical server decommissioning and virtualization. 5. Planned and kick-started Secondary Data Centre Relocation Project. 6. Managed data centre vendor evaluation, selection and project approval. 7. Completed data centre site selection, site build, relocation strategy and relocation plan. 8. Completed internal IT annual audit and external audit with MAS. Sep 1995 to Aug 2009 - Vice-President (IT Applications) 1. Integrated and merged Core Banking systems of Kwong On Bank, Dao Heng Bank and Overseas Trust Bank into one DBS Bank HK in 2003. 2. Developed and launched consumer banking products including relationship pricing, automated fund sweeping and integrated OD facility. 3. Developed and launched investment product systems including unit trust nominee system, FX contract system and structured Time Deposits. 4. Launched Core Banking systems (Customer Information, Savings and Current Accounts) for a subsidiary bank in the Philippines.
