AxCent is the successor of TransPerformance LLC. As chief technical officer, responsibilities include advancement of the company’s intellectual property, patent acquisition and strategy, project coordination, engineering design, and oversight of all aspect of product development, testing and quality control. Other duties include artist relations, financial projections, business plans, private placement memorandums, and administrative and accounting duties. Currently designing algorithms to teach guitarists how to play and compose using alternate tunings. Co-inventor on all of the Company’s domestic and foreign technology patents.

Founded TransPerformance in 1987 to develop, manufacture and sell self-tuning musical instruments. Administrative responsibilities included fundraising, investor relations, artist relations, day to day operations, bookkeeping and accounting duties, and corporate and legal matters. Technical responsibilities included patent acquisition and strategy, mechanical development, software and systems integration, project coordination, mechanical engineering, design, testing and quality control. Acquired skills in product development, mechanical engineering, computer aided design (CAD), computer aided machining (CAM), and computer numeric control machining (CNC). Co-inventor on all of the Company’s domestic and foreign technology patents.

Design and testing of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy probe systems. RF circuit design using Laplace transforms and Smith charts, prototype mechanical designs, engineering drawings, precision model shop machining, analysis and final testing.

Develop maintenance schedules and testing procedures for high precision test equipment associated with the manufacturing of military grade electronic components.
