* Responsibilities: * 1. Perform project work such as upgrade, installation and integration of Informa network infrastructure * 2. Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert for network issues and concerns across USA, Canada and Brazil * 3. Promote and adhere network design standards * 4. Create and update network documentations such as network diagrams, IP subnets assignments, work instructions and network back ups * 5. Designs and implement technologies such as EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, SSLVPN, Site-to-Site VPN, DMVPN, LAN and WLAN * 6. Troubleshoot and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewall, wireless LAN controller, wireless access points and TACACS * 7. Escalate third-party issues to vendors such as Level3, Verizon and Cisco * Projects Handled: * 1. Turn up of 5 new sites: installation and configuration of routers switches and access points * 2. Establishment of Site-to-Site VPN going to Informa’s clients * 3. Upgrade of Cisco devices’ IOS and licenses * 4. Migration of Philadelphia office to new site: installation of routers and switches

* Responsibilities: * 1. Manage network switches, routers and firewalls * 2. Support 24/7 operations of network services for CRM (approximately 5000 users nationwide) * 3. Support other IT groups such as Voice team, System Administration team and Desktops Supports team for new projects and requirements * 4. Update INS documentations such as network diagrams, backups and inventory * Projects Handled: * 1. Migration of Site-To-Site VPN tunnels going to the clients * 2. Migration to new Head Office: installation Cisco routers, Cisco core switches, Cisco distribution switches, Cisco access switches and Cisco firewalls
