Neil Sethi

Neil is an entrepreneur and transformational leader driven by a lifelong passion for innovation and building what comes next. Over more than two decades, he has helped reshape the automotive industry by reimagining how complex vehicle repair can be simplified, scaled, and delivered with greater intelligence and customer focus. As CEO of NexaMotion Group, Neil leads a portfolio of automotive businesses united by a clear mission and anchored in enduring values: Commitment, Humility, Optimism, Integrity, and Respect. Throughout his career, Neil has operated across a broad range of automotive business models, including value-add DIFM distribution, technology platforms, heavy-duty manufacturing, OES and aftermarket remanufacturing, performance parts distribution, and coatings and chemicals manufacturing. This cross-sector experience gives him a systems-level perspective on how products, supply chains, technology, and customer workflows intersect to create durable competitive advantage. Neil is known for assembling agile, high-impact teams and for pairing disciplined execution with bold strategic vision. His experience spans more than 30 acquisitions and divestitures across every stage of the business lifecycle—from startups and first-generation institutional investments to complex integrations and turnarounds—giving him a unique perspective on value creation through both growth and reinvention. His leadership has been recognized nationally and regionally, including being named the 2025 EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the East Central Region, a 2025 Northeast Ohio Smart 50 honoree, and a Crain’s Cleveland Business 40 Under 40 recipient. Beyond business, Neil believes leadership carries a responsibility to serve and strengthen the broader community. He has held board positions with leading civic, educational, and cultural institutions, including the Great Lakes Science Center, The Cleveland Orchestra, University School, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, and University Hospitals. At his core, Neil is a lifelong learner and creator. He values time with his family, competes as a distance runner, and composes music in his home recording studio. His current personal pursuits—spanning longevity science and theoretical physics—reflect the same curiosity and forward-looking mindset that define his approach to leadership: a belief that the future belongs to those willing to question assumptions, integrate disciplines, and build enduring systems that matter.
